Losing place when Reading Underlines the Importance of Saccades
Another graduation!  Joceynn's initial visual concerns were losing her place and omitting small words when reading.  She also had trouble keeping her attention on reading, misaligned columns of numbers, and often reversed numbers.  Her visual function testing revealed she had reduced convergence (eye teaming) and inaccurate saccades (eye movements).

At her final vision therapy appointment, Jocelynn reported feeling less frustration, being more relaxed, and improved visual memory and comprehension.  Our in-office testing shows that her binocularity is now in the normal range, and her eye movement skills are at an age appropriate level.

Great work, Jocelynn!  We were happy to capture your socially distant but contagious smile at your graduation.  Many blessings from your team at CVDC.
